Wine Architect was established by Natasha Mooney in 2006 as a winemaking consultancy to several winemakers in the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley regions. Wine Architect has grown steadily since then consulting to wineries in various regions of Australia as well as Portugal, Chile and South Africa.

Along with principal winemaker Natasha Mooney, Janelle Zerk joined Wine Architect in 2010 and is now involved in winemaking within the Barossa and Adelaide Hills regions. Charlotte Hardy has also recently joined Wine Architect.
